Our History
The Solutions Workgroup Incorporated (TSW Inc.) was founded on the meager beginnings of a university student’s lawn cutting business. Max’s Home and Lawn was the foundation that TSW built its future from.
While the business grew to accommodate over 200 weekly property maintenance contracts, we realized there was an unfilled niche that our client’s needed help with. Out of this desire for greater service offerings came The Solutions Workgroup. As property managers we know the importance of regular maintenance, regular upkeep and maintaining an effective presence at income properties.
As the business grew, so did the challenges; taking the company to Turks and Caicos Islands where a new chapter began overseeing the construction of private villas. Over 7 years the company continued to grow its experience and network to include some of the biggest companies in the Turks and Caicos Islands. In 2020, TSW returned major operations to the Canadian market to resume and grow services offered in Southern Ontario/GTA area.
Recently, TSW has been working with Home and Garden Television (HGTV) on episodes of a new television show “Styled” to be aired in 2022. TSW continues to offer construction and project management services to both the Canadian and Caribbean markets.
