- Creation of ongoing maintenance and preventative maintenance programs for building, grounds and equipment. All information maintained in a shared log with owner.
- Ensure building and equipment meet all safety, security and fire regulations and municipal policies.
- Review and preform preventative maintenance while providing inspection schedules for buildings, equipment and grounds.
- Provide ongoing review and directives for owners to implement.
- Prepare estimates of labour and material costs, contacts external contractors and trades people to obtain quotes and arrange for major repairs and maintenance work.
Property Maintenance
- Lawn Maintenance and general grounds cleanup.
- Seasonal maintenance – eaves cleaning, leaf collection, garden turnovers, window washing, power spraying/cleaning, driveway sealing.
- Snow Removal and salting.
- Creating and maintaining secure perimeters (fences, gates, etc.).
Construction Management
- Perform or hire and monitor work performed by contractors.
- Planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating construction projects according to schedule, specifications and budget.
- Planning schedules and important project milestones, and monitoring progress to enforce project schedules.
- Developing and maintaining quality control programs.
- Preparing progress reports and sharing progress schedules to necessary professionals and trades.
- Purchasing building materials and delivering to site.
- Hiring and supervising subcontractors and subordinate staff.
- Construction waste management services.
Installation and Repair Services
- Appliances to art, oversized or miniscule, we specialize in final installation and finish works.
- We have experience in warranty and builder’s repairs.
- We perform a variety of diagnostic and repairs of carpentry, masonry, painting, mechanical, plumbing maintenance requests.
- We provide maintenance and repair works such as; repairing furniture, constructing shelves, basic appliance repairs, applying paint and other finishes, repairing drywall, flooring and trim installation, door and window installation and repair, disassembling and reassembling equipment, replacing sinks and toilets and applying finish materials.
